Childrens' Ministries at KMBChristian Education HourWe have four age-specific classes that operate during the Christian Education Hour (9:15-10:15am on Sundays). Our nursery is split between babies (0-2yrs) and toddlers (3-4 yrs); our kindergarten class (5-6 yrs) and our primary class (7-11 yrs). God's Gang A childrens' program for ages SK to Grade 4 that runs during the second half of the worship service on Sunday mornings. Kids hear stories, do crafts, and have fun learning about God. Kids Alive An after school program for kids in JK-Grade 6 that runs from September through April on Mondays from 3:45 to 5:15pm. This is an outreach program for children in the church neighbourhood, a safe place to go after school, and a fun place to make new friends! They play sports, games, do crafts, have Bible lessons and sing. Kids Alive's purpose is that children would know God's love and choose to follow Christ. Vacation Bible School - POWER LAB 2009! We’ve got the solution to summertime boredom… send your kids to Power Lab, where they’ll discover Jesus’ miraculous power! This is the spot that’s oozing with Bible adventures! When: August 10-14, 8:45am -11:50am Cost: FREE! To register your child(ren), fill out this registration form and mail it to the church (or email it) by August 5th. To volunteer your time or talents during our VBS week, please contact the office. Police reference checks will need to be on file for all those who choose to work with the children. |
