About KMB's Deacons

Our KMB Deacons' purpose is:

Serving joyfully in visitation, administration of the sacraments, and in other needs.

Our deacons are a group of caring individuals, always ready to serve in Jesus' name.

Deacons meet monthly to pray for the needs of our church family.  They visit Tabor Manor in St. Catharines quarterly and host an annual Christmas banquet for seniors and shut-Ins.  Visitation is largely (but not exclusive) to our KMB shut-ins.

Our current deacons are:
Phil (Chair) & Judy Patton, Irma Doerksen, Rudy & Erika Klassen, Erwin & Emma Penner, Edith Schmidt, Vern & Rita Starra,  Betty Thiessen, Roger & Ruth Tjart, John & Ad Warkentin and Vidya & Gwen Narimalla.
